Week 25

Well today I am exactly 25 weeks and 2 days. We got all of Trace's furniture in and we are going ot start painting his room within the next few weekends! We are going to do his room in a Clemson Tiger theme. We are going to paint the walls white and my dad (PaPa) is going to paint a big orange Clemson paw mural on the wall for us and I am going to put football and baseball stuff around the room as well as lots of picture frames filled with pictures of Trace, Mommy and Daddy! I will be posting lots of before and after pictures soon!!! :)

Fathers Day 2010

Well today is D's first Fathers Day, although he is still just a "Daddy to Be" but we have had a great weekend together. Yesterday we slept in a little then we grilled out steaks, baked potatos, and made salads and we watched "When in Rome." It was such a cute movie and I truly enjoyed spending time with him and it just being us. I know that we will not have any alone time here in a few months so each weekend we take advantage of it and grill something b/c since "Santa" got him a new grill for Christmas last year he always wants to grill. :) Today we have been watching the race and flipping back to the SC baceball game but I havent been able to watch much of it b/c D is determined on watching the race, today is his day so I am letting him have the remote! Baby Trace and I got Daddy cards and a gamestop gift card (thats what he wanted) and I am making him chicken n dumplings today and letting him relax all day! Happy Fathers Day to all Daddys especially My Wonderful Daddy! I love you!!!!

Hello Everyone!! As you all know I am Jamie Templeton and I am married to D Templeton. We were married on December 1, 2007 and we are now expecting our first child on October 5, 2010. I was given this great idea by a wonderful friend to start this blog so that family and friends can keep up with what is going on with me and my family. Although this is our first base I am sure that sooner or later the Air Force will have us moving around so this will be a good way to keep everyone informed of the pregnancy and Trace once he is born! We are naming him after D, Donald Ray Templeton III, but we wanted to call him something other than Little D and Trace was something that was different so it has stuck with us!!

Right now I am in week 24 of the pregnancy and things have been going really good so far, Trace weighs just over a pound and is about a foot long, he still has lots of growing to do. D and I cant wait to meet our very own mini versions of ourselves. :)

I will repost soon and keep you all updated on me and how Trace is growing!!!
